“No Grownup Left Behind” — CyberWise Certified is a new online learning program for educators, parents, and any adult who wants to learn to use digital media confidently and safely. Built on the BadgeOS platform, the fun and easy-to-follow program is a great way to make professional connections, share resources, and earn digital badges certifying achievement.

The BeCyberWise Certified digital hub is packed with free videos, ebooks, curated news, research and other state-of-the-art resources.

The certification program was created by the team of media psychology and literacy experts who founded CyberWise.org, an organization dedicated to providing state-of-the-art resources that give busy adults the confidence to learn to use digital media in a safe and effective manner.

The CyberWise team was a finalist in the MacArthur Foundation/HASTAC/Mozilla Digital Media and Learning (DML) Competition in 2011. Credly and LearningTimes were proud to have supported Cyberwise as they developed and built out the Certification program using BadgeOS, Credly and the Open Credit API. Their site is a true showcase for what’s possible when the leading open source achievement and engagement management platform meets dedicated professionals focused on improving lives through accessible and engaging forms of digital literacy.
