We have just released a new version of the add-on which has fixed that issue so you can track the points only in the Leaderboard now. Please update the add-on to the latest version.

Note: Don’t forget to click on the rebuilt leaderboard button after saving the leaderboard.

Hi Tarrant,

Please follow the steps below to rebuild the leaderboard.

• Go to Dashboard -> BadgeOS -> Leaderboard and edit the leaderboard
• Select any achievement type in “Achievements to track” option
• Selects points types to track in the leaderboard
• Save the leaderboard
• After saving the leaderboard, click on the “Rebuild Leaderboard”

If it still doesn’t work, Please check the users profile if they have points in their account? As with BadgeOS 3.0 we have added separate point type options so that you can create multiple point types to award/deduct points that requires a db update.

We have double-checked the add-on and found it is working fine. Please clear the cache of the site and try activating the latest version 1.0.3 again. If it still doesn’t work for you, please provide us your staging site admin and FTP credentials so that we can further investigate the issue on your server.

Regarding the DB upgrade:
Updating the db just by clicking on the button won’t work as expected. Of course, it is recommended to upgrade the db so that user’s existing earned points and achievements can be moved to the new table. Please follow the steps below:

• Update the BadgeOS to 3.1
• Go to Dashboard -> BadgeOS -> Point Type
• Create a new point type (if not created already)
• Go to Dashboard -> BadgeOS -> Settings
• Select the default point type and click on save settings button
• Click on the DB Upgrade button

We have double-checked the add-on and found it is working fine. It seems like you are using an older version of the BadgeOS LeaderBoard add-on that is not compatible with Custom Meta Boxes Version 2 (CMB2). We have clearly stated in the BadgeOS plugin description here that in order to use BadgeOS Leaderboard add-on with BadgeOS 2.0 you have to update the Leaderboard add-on to the latest version that is compatible with CMB2.

Please let us know the versions you are using for BadgeOS and BadgeOS Leaderboard plugins.

Complete Feature list:

• Fixed: displaying popup issue on completing quizzes
• New: Added a separate template for popup (useful for developer when extending the add-non)
• New: Option to select opening/closing effects to the popup. fadein, fadeout, bounce, flash, flipetc and many more.
