    Thanks Michael. Please let me know if you hear anything. We use the site to track skill sets for each individual on our staff so without the reports working correctly it makes it really hard to do that. I’ll wait to see what you find out. thanks

    Hi Michael, Is there something I can change about how I set the badges up that changes the threshold or some other way to change it?
    Any other thoughts?
    Would it help if I made the auto issue badge that its not issuing to be a badge that has to be approved and issued?

    Please let me know if there is more access to tools that you need. I’m happy to do that if you could just tell me where.

    Also, I hope I am understanding your question correctly regarding jstrick2. All of the badges that we have out there were all live when we released them for people to earn, we have not added new ones since people have started earning them. I did have it set to where the steps had to be earned in sequential order because I wanted them to do step 1 then 2 then 3. I thought checking sequential steps made that happen, but Susan explained that it didn’t work like that. I initially thought that might have cause the problem if jstrick2 did step 2 before step 1, so I have checked with him and he said he went in order for all the steps and they were all live set up exactly how they are now when he started earning them. I’m not sure if that’s what you were actually asking for, did it help at all?

    Hi Michael,
    I think you have the correct access now, if not please let me know. Also Susan contacted me regarding our issues with profile pictures randomly showing up on awards showing people had completed the achievement when in fact they do not. That is still an issue for us and Susan and I were trying to confirm if that was a fix in 1.4.3 or 1.4.4. Currently we are on 1.4.3 and it is still happening but maybe the fix was in 1.4.4. thanks!

    I can try changing the names of the steps if that might help it not be counted in the report. Is there any other way to make those not track in the numbers?

    Hi Michael, I can delete the test users and I did try that to test and the person I deleted still shows up on all leaderboards, still has an activity profile on the front end and still shows up on all reports. The only place it took him out of was on the users tab on the back end but let all other data about him everywhere. Thoughts?
    Would the MySQL script delete all meta data from reports too, that’s what we are wanting basically to clear everything. thanks

    Hello, I also have the same question. We have been having several users test our site, but now we are ready to go live and would like to set everyone back to zero to start fresh with real data. Was a script ever created for this purpose or is deleting rows in the database the only solution? thank you
