    This appears to be theme related. I chose a default WordPress Theme (2016) and the menus map correctly. The issue is not just with one theme, it is with several. The error in the log indicates an incompatibility with the theme and a plugin. I disabled all other plugins besides BadgeOS plugins. Trying to execute the command GetHeader() in the index.php, which I read can be caused by plugin incompatibilities.

    The user went to the BadgeOS site, clicked the button “Login using Credly”….it gave him the screen to create an account. He created his account and then it logged him into BadgeOS as some other user. The emails had a similar first couple of letters, but completely different after that. Once he was logged into BadgeOS, it showed all of the achievements that the other person had gotten. His Credly account shows the other person’s name in the profile as well. No new account was created in the BadgeOS system for his email, it just synced with the account that was already there for the other person. How can I fix this in BadgeOS? Do I have to delete both accounts, or is there a tool somewhere that makes that association?

    I think we may have figured this issue out. We had some conflicts in our configuration.

    I have a screenshot of this error, and I can reproduce it every time. This particular error happens on the Explorer Badge….I completed the first step and it gave me the badge. But, when I went through the second step and took the quiz, it gave me this error. Is there a way for me attach the screenshot? It did send me an email that the quiz was completed.

    I have an older version of Activity Codes. How do I get the updated version? I purchased 1.0.0 but need would like to try the updated version. Please help.

    It was working fine for us a few months ago. We did update to a new version of WordPress and the newest version of BadgeOS. Should I roll back?

    I do not have the Guest Achievements add on. Would that help? Also, we now noticed that all new certificates we are creating are not displaying an Activity Code at all, even though it has been defined through the admin interface and I am logged in.
