BadgeOS has had a roller coaster ride since it was launched in 2013. It went from being the most loved and the only gamification plugin for WordPress to being completely abandoned for over a year in 2017 and then back up. In the last 3 years, we have spent countless hours trying to bring in some amazing features and provided free support to all of our customers regardless of whether they were paid or free plugin users. We also decided to make most of our add-ons available for free, including the most popular BadgeOS LearnDash integration add-on. We have also built integrations for the following popular plugins:

All of our integration add-ons will be completely FREE. After much thought, we have finally decided to introduce priority support, as we believe that it’s important for us to maintain the quality of support and to continue the development of the plugin.

Starting 1st August 2020, our users will be able to purchase support for 3 months or an entire year even if they are not our paid customers. This will enable you to receive premium quality support without having to purchase any of our add-ons. This support will include services like debugging the conflicts – where we log in to your website and troubleshoot the exact problem before fixing it. It will also provide you direct access to our support team and you can easily open a ticket through the website and receive a response within 24-48 hours. If you don’t wish to purchase the support, you can still receive free support through our wordpress.org forum. We try to respond to all queries on the wp.org forum as soon as possible, however, we are not able to provide troubleshooting and debugging services.
