OK, thanks. We tested both plugins not on multisite, and it works so I think we’re just going to move the site off of multisite. I’m a little nervous that we’ve been running into all of these problems on multisite so I’d rather just separate them now rather than later.

Do you think that it’s a conflict with our code or it’s the leaderboard code? I’m just trying to get an idea of where to start looking. Thanks!

Yes, test users have earned achievements in the same site that the leaderboard is being used.

However, when I gave one of the non-site specific users (the BP network users) a subscriber status on the specific site they did show up on the leaderboard. They still did not show up in the correct order however.

This leads me back to my original guess that at least whether the users show up or not has something to do with where they are stored. But it doesn’t seem to be related to whether or not they show up in the right order.

I did what you suggested (rebuilding leaderboard) and it did exactly the same thing as it had done before. It erased all of the users that were not built into the exact site and were instead listed on the network and kept the two that had previously existed. I have taken screenshots to show you. Here’s the before.

    And here’s the after.

Is there a way to build buddypress so that the users will only show up on that one site? I had tried to do that on our multisite–the users really don’t need to be on the whole network, but it wasn’t letting me. If not, it sounds like our only solution is to take this one site off of the multisite network. Is that the sense you’re getting? Thanks!

I had already tried that when I wrote in. The only thing it did was delete the user who had a point from the leaderboard (my guess would be that this has to do with where the users are stored. We’re only using Buddypress and Badgeos on one part of our site, but we use multisite, and the way buddypress is set up has our users feed into the network users–not our site users). Regardless, I’d rather not rebuild the leaderboard if it’s going to delete users every single time. At this point, since all accounts are me, I can try something like that but since it didn’t work the last time is there a reason to think that it’ll work this time?

Oops just realized I posted this in the wrong forum entry. Here’s a screenshot of the leaderboard:

Here’s a screenshot of the leaderboard back-end (badges are called stamps):

    Thanks!
