Hi Michael, I removed them, saved, re-entered our keys and saved again but they’re still reading as Invalid. I’m looking at our Account area (on your site) and now both are reading as 0/1 for activations.

Is this in reference to here on Badgeos.org or from within your WP install?

This is on your site, BadgeOS.org. To recreate:

1. Login, go to My Account
2. Under “Purchase History and Licenses,” go to “View Licenses” for our latest renewal
3. From the table showing our renewals, click “Manage Sites” for any of our add-ons.

From there, I’m taking to a “My Account” page with no content.

Hi Michael. I see that we have 1/1 activations set for both add-ons now, but in our WordPress admin (BadgeOS settings) the license status is still reading as Inactive for both of these. I’ve resaved the settings to see if that would reset it but no luck. Also, in your account area, when I attempt to “manage sites” for these 2 add-ons, I go a blank “My Account” page. Any thoughts on these items?

Can do. This same issue is occurring for another one of our paid add-ons as well. The site is private, may we email you the domain to get this set up? Thanks.
