    I believe perhaps it might have something to do with what they in the support thread above call Options Tree. I am having my developer adding additional features to BadgeOS which includes a scroll down list with additional settings/options. Perhaps this is blocking the steps section of BadgeOS in this manner, also explaining that you are not able to reproduce it?
    We did however try removing his modifications but it didn’t bite, only to deactivate simple link directory does. Any ideas on what to look for/adjusting when troubleshooting this?
    FYI, I am currently hosting via WordPress.com if it makes any difference.

    Hi, thanks for your reply!

    1. Correct. Similar to Airbnb, I have WooCommerce Vendors who may create their own bookable product for other users to book/purchase.

    2. I am using Astoundify’s Listify Theme, WP Job Manager and WooCommerce Bookings Bundle. The plugin used for the products I believe would be WooCommerce.

    3. The rating is included as default in the Theme installation, but I believe it is handled by the WP Job Manager plugin.
