I purchased the leaderboard add on so I wouldn’t have to manually track points. It is not working correctly. Points and badges are awarded without users meeting the criteria. Even admin awarded badges are awarded without admin approval. This is unacceptable as it makes the leaderboard useless. I have posted the issue on your site as well as WordPress. I am respectfully requesting a refund. Thank you.
