    Hi,

    I am understanding now what is happening with my leaderboard.

    It is working only if I don’t select a course with Select LearnDash Post Type and Select Course.

    If I repeat your steps without selecting a course, the leaderboard displays well –> That’s what you have done also.
    But if I select a course nothing is displayed anymore.

    Is it a problem coming only from my website or do you have the same situation?

    I’ve contacted Social Learner editor and they will release a fix in the coming days. I’ve applied your temporary fix and it displays score again.

    But … the leaderboard is still not working or displaying anything despite me respecting your step by step prerequisite.

    Help, please 🙂

    Hi,

    My website is based on social learner by buddyboss.
    I am using the last version of the leaderboard so the 1.1.4

    Everything was working fine until I’ve started updated all the BadgesOS plugins: core (3.2),leaderboard (1.1.4), community (1.2.6) and the one for learndash (1.0.3)

    Users’ profile banner (frontend) was always showing 0 (points are correct in users’ profile page that you can see on wp-admin) and leaderboard does not show anymore.

    I’ve followed (and repeated) all the mandatory steps (add a point_type, update/upgrade achievements) and my leaderboard still doesn’t display anything.
    I’ve also tried to follow your last steps (Select any achievement type in “Achievements to track” and rebuild). My leaderboard page is still empty.

    I can provide you a temp access if you want to take a look at that.

    So I can understand that points are not displaying well on my users’ profile social learner BOSS page because they still use a deprecated version of one of your functions. I’m contacting the social learner BOSS theme support to ask for help/updates.

    But I have no clue for the leaderboard. I’ve reproduced step by step what you told me and I have still no leaderboard displayed at all. I’m using your plugins for a long time but this is the first time that I cannot solve an issue like this.

    How can you help me on this 🙂

    Also leaderboard doesn’t display anything. Please help 🙂
