Dallas Museum of Art:
The DMA has launched a groundbreaking program called DMA Friends that makes the museum free to everyone, and deepens its relationship with visitors and the community. Our team designed a badge-empowered engagement system available on iPad kiosks, SMS, and the web that offers visitors progressive levels of rewards and benefits as they engage with museum resources, events and the world at large. The backbone of the entire system is BadgeOS. YMCA of Greater NY:
Childhood obesity is a huge concern, and the YMCA of Greater New York is doing its part to help address the issue. Inspired by the White House Let’s Move initiative, our team has worked with the YMCA of Greater NY to design and build a BadgeOS-powered mobile app that empowers teens to explore and record physical activities, build enduring fitness routines, and earn rewards that deepen their excitement and drive to keep moving. Smithsonian:
The world’s largest museum and research complex is using BadgeOS to give credit to learners of all ages who engage deeply with Smithsonian resources, online events and programs. The Smithsonian Quests program brings together learning opportunities from across 19 museums and research centers, and uses the BadgeOS technology for achievement recognition as learners dig in and engage. The initiative also includes the use of the Credly Open Credit API in physical settings, like the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History’s new Education Center, where Credly is powering achievement tracking and recognition behind every museum visitor’s interactions with new education kiosks.

BadgeOS forms the foundation for Connected Foundations, a hybrid and online learning program designed to develop practical, lifelong skills among second-chance high school students in the New York City Department of Education. Learners receive digital badges certifying each skill as they fill their lifelong resume with validated recognition of what they can do and contribute in each new work or academic setting they encounter.
