Very strange indeed.
After reverting to WordPress 2.4.2 all returned.
widget listing and placement on pages.

Revert to WP 2.4.2 brings back the widget.
Urgent need update of this plugin to work in WP 4.3

MAde a complete new wordpress install 4.3 and same behaviour. Plugin installed but widget not visible/working!

Yes I did,

Only Two types of achievements appear in the BuddyPress Achievements tab.
Switching the BP option On/Off for the achievements displaying will show/hide the Achievements.
Switching the BP option On/Off for the achievements not displaying has no effect!

All achievements do show up in the normal BadgeOS components and in the WordPress user screen.

I can provide access or include screenshots…
