I am having this same issue. We installed the LearnDash system, BadgeOS, and recently the Activity Codes and Leaderboards additions. I have never been able to get a badge to pass from BadgeOS to Credly. I am having to duplicate my work, creating the badge inside of BadgeOS and then also create it in our Credly profile and award it from there once the user completes the course – this is cumbersome and adds extra steps for both me and the end user – not what I envisioned when I started this whole process. I have tried regenerating the API keys by logging out and back in to my Credly account though the BadgeOS settings page but that does not seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.
