Okay, I figured out the Badge Builder issue. Just needed to update the plugin, remove the API credentials and sign back in then it appeared…

Back to the main issue. Reports are still not working. But after I updated the plugin the Badges Achievement type reappeared. So here’s how it stands:

Achievement Types
Badges
L&D Rewards
Learning Tracks

When I go the the following reports I see
Badges – Learning Path
L&D Rewards – Nothing
Learning Tracks – Campaign Management Learning Track

There are 34 Learning Tracks, and none of them are titled Campaign Management Learning Track. There were 3 L&D Rewards but something happened to this amidst trouble shooting. They’ve disappeared, yet one of them still displays on the page where I had the individual short codes listed out.

Another issue: I need to integrate the Badge Builder asap. Ran into an issue where I created 30+ badges in Credly, then updated the points on those Achievements on my site, and that reverted all the badges that I created to the default badge. Now I need to update all the badges again, but inside my site this time to avoid that issue recurring. I read the Badge Builder SDK here https://developers.credly.com/badge-builder/sdk but I don’t know exactly where to apply the code. Is this something you can help with?

Active Users Report

Here are the paths the plugin is writing behind those links

L&D Rewards – /admin.php?page=call-for-content
Learning Tracks – /admin.php?page=learning-path
Active Users Report -/admin.php?page=active-users-report

There’s no “learning path” in the system. “Call for content” is an L&D Rewards achievement. So I think there’s something off there…

I tried switching out learning-path for learning-track and learning-tracks to no avail.
