2. Nope. Tried it, shows nothing. I also logged in the new user using the normal wordpress log in without results. I also had one off my existing real users (who have several badges registered) login this way without results…

1. Oh, yes. Thats why I hadn’t activated it before… Thanks for the reminder!
2. No, doesn’t help. The date range encapsulated 2013 until today. Narrowing it down only ledd to my own two users disappearing from the report. I did however realize that there is one difference between my two users and the others: My are the only ones in the system that login using their WordPress user information. All my other users use Google Login for the site (and they never see the back end). Their badges do register, and I can see their badges in their user settings (but thats not practical why I payed for the reports plugin). Could this be the problem?

Hi,

When looking trough the plugins I noticed that the “BadgeOS Group Management Add-On” is behaving strangely. It shows as not activated, even if I activate it (and get a success massage). The BadgeOS Group Management menu however does appear (plugin still listed as not activated), but if I try to access roles or schools I’m notified that I don’t have permission (I’m superadmin for the site). The BadgeOS Group Management menu also disappear if a click away from the plugin page, and I have to activate the plugin again (success! but not activated…) for I two temporary show upp again…
These are the only two plugins I have problems with.

Achievement reports show only zeros. If I go to Active Users Report it list 2 active users (both are my accounts) and 59 total users. I however know that most of my other 59 users are active and have taken badges (which I can see under there user settings).
