Yeah, in fact i did try with another local installation, and looks like if i modify some CSS IDs for the tickbox, the plugin stop working, in some cases even badgeos dosent work, didnt get the badges to the users, and the popup dosent appear too.
This is still an issue, because we are unable to full customize the look of the popup, but is working at least.

Thank you for checking my issue, i hope this issue can be fixed in future releases.

Hello, i just want to let you know, we did solve this issue. Was a combination of the thickbox wordpress javascript files + the plugin Ultimate membership.
We did deleate some customizations in the thickbox files, and that did fix the issues.

Hello, thank you for checking this, i did verify the database and the tables for Ultimate Membership Pro, and no, i cant see any table with the users details, is using the default wordpress table for users.
So this issues cant be fixed?
This is the oficial support, right?

Thank you for your help, i just want to notice, in the video, the wp rocket cache plugin was deactive. I did turn off the cache plugin in that video.

Hello, i did check today, and yes is still happend, in fact if the user win another badge, the popup show both badges, or all the badges you did win, so the first badge i did win like 36 hours ago still appear in the popup, i did create a little video for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gfu9_I506_w
I have WP Rocket cache plugin, but the plugin dosent cache when you are loged in, so the users who are loged in their account dosent have cache, the cache is just for the visits.
All the plugins, included badgeos works fine with the wp rocket cache plugin.
