Initially thank you very much for your guidance.
I followed the guidance but it did not work. The steps I took were:
1 – I deleted the translation file in Portuguese

3 – Include in the template the missing phrases: See https://snag.gy/tTX5fi.jpg
4 – I created a new language – Portuguese (pt-BR): See https://snag.gy/mnVJvR.jpg
5 – I translated the new texts, which have now appeared: See https://snag.gy/SVjqar.jpg
6 – Click Save and Sync. I cleaned WordPress and Browser Cache.
7 – I took the steps to win an achievement. But the translation was not done. See: https://snag.gy/4OwBfS.jpg
Why do you see any flaws in the above steps?
If I did not make any mistakes, we have another way this might work, or you could include the possibility of this plugin being translated.
We were able to translate the BadgeOS plugin easily and we were hoping to have the same success. Without the translation it becomes incomprehensible to the user for which reason this popup appeared.
