Was this resolved? I am having the same issue immediately after activating BadgesOS on our staging site: staging7.intentioninspired.com
Really need to figure this issue out or will have to drop the plugin entirely. Though I’m not sure where to start. The console doesn’t show errors that indicate these posts and pages to be created (nearly 10,000 that I’ve had to manually delete). The plugin is currently deactivated to stop the instances from continuing to happen.
