thanks Michael. don’t think I had in upper case despite what I put in this post. However, I redid shortcode and still doesn’t work. With lower case id I don’t get repetitive the 5 submission forms which is better. I do get ‘pending’ rather than autoaccept which is what I want. I also get this as a post with a field for other users to comment on the submission which is not desirable.

thanks Michael for prompt response. Yes I did find those and, as a relative newbie to website development, have found it hard to figure out where to put these. I have experimented with a few of these metas in the graph shortcode to no avail. I presume I will have to do something within a function.php or custom field? Would be grateful for some guidance.
