Yes … I have just found that out too in a WordPress support thread. Thank you for your attention, but you may close this thread now, since the workaround found on the mentioned support thread solved my problem. :o)
I’ll post below a text I just posted on the PMPRO forum, because it might be useful to other people on the BadgeOS forum too.
best regards,
Giovanni

Incredible! I just found out that this BadgeOS x PMPRO conflict has been identified over a year ago and it still affects people, without anyone fixing it. Since more people might face this issue too, I am going to post here an old support thread that involved both BadgeOS and PMPRO developers. The thread includes the workaround solution to solve the problem from the admin panel.
Thread with discussion and solution: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/paid-memberships-pro-conflict
Summing up the solution: Wipe out all of the data that the BadgeStack add-on introduced by doing the following:
1. Go to BadgeOS > Levels, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
2. Go to BadgeOS > Quests, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
3. Go to BadgeOS > Community Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
4. Go to BadgeOS > Quest Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
5. Go to BadgeOS > Achievement Types, select Level, Quest, Community Badge and Quest Badge, Bulk Actions > Delete
The solution is old … but it still works!
best regards to you all,
Giovanni
